How to maintain a vibration that allows abundance!

The secrets are always in the semantics.

Frequency is about what is Frequent.

That’s why we have to stick to a daily routine to raise our vibration to a certain vibration till it is frequent.

If it becomes frequent enough it becomes the frequency.

Generating Frequency

I am an advocate of structuring the environment to prime oneself for the frequency one wants to stay in.

1. Social Media

Social media counts as environment as well since we are very locked into our phones when we become idle.

There can be well meaning friends and relatives in your feed that keep reminding you how awful the government is for instance, and they can cite actual stats and so on.

But do you need to keep seeing that? At the same time you cannot block them because they do not do it out of malice.

I personally snooze high negativity accounts or mute them. Sometimes its an aunt or respectable friend who is not really out to ruin our vibe.

2. De-clutter & Revamp Your Space

Clean out any symbols of scarcity in your space. Replace them with symbols of abundance, growth and progress.

Have frames of beautiful places and things if you can. Theme your room.

In this day and age it’s no longer expensive. there is always an affordable alternative on the market that looks like what you have in your mind.

So perhaps you cannot yet afford expensive paintings. Well over the years canvases with good art have become more accessible.

3. Have savings and surplus money

This is to just give you a consistent sense of safety which keeps your root chakra in check.

The more money you have as surplus the more you are out of survival mode.

4. Read success stories & testimonials about others

Instead of reading the bad stuff that has been happening to others, read the good stuff that has been happening to others.

Also share the good stuff that has been happening to you with well wishers.

5. Watch your mouth

Watch yourself when you are dragged into saying negatives about prosperous people even if the general assumption is that their prosperity is ill gotten.

Mind your own business.

6. Be consistent

Earlier I use to jump from one meditation to another.

But being frequent may mean commitment to one routine for a reasonable period.

Till the mind and body internalize that meditation. There will always be a click bait link to a routine or meditation you had not heard of.

Stick to the same meditations , frequencies and subliminals .

7. Believe

Don’t worry what is happening outside, continue fixing the inside.

BELIEF eventually is BE LIFE.

The beliefs that brought us here did not manifest instantly either.
